3. User Accounts

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

4.2 Billing

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, documents, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Upkeepit a license to use it solely for providing the Service to you.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious content or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Resell or redistribute the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. UPKEEPIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Important: Upkeepit provides recommendations and reminders but is not a substitute for professional home inspection or contractor services. Always consult qualified professionals for critical home maintenance issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UPKEEPIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Upkeepit from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
